Thanks for stopping by my blog. Although everyone’s journey is different, I hope my journey can bring you some insight or clarity into your own. I am a Mom to 3 fun-loving kids. My other loves are Photography and Personal Training. I focus on both careers. Photography gives me an outlet for my creative mind and Personal Training fuels my heart and spirit in aiding others to tap into their true potential.
I finally figured out what works for me to stay healthy and active and there’s no going back! This blog isn’t about dieting or losing weight quickly. It’s about being comfortable in your own body and reclaiming a life that you love. It’s about loving yourself enough to take care of yourself. Yes, being active and eating healthy foods are part of it, but it’s a lifestyle not a diet.
